Watch the walkthrough
Choose lots for a one-time update, read calculation and marketplace results, and prepare a separate weekly pricing schedule.
Watch on YouTube (3:08)Run a price update
- Review your pricing formulas. Lock any lot prices you want to preserve.
- Open Inventory → Update prices.
- Select the item types and new/used conditions to include. Use Select all to include every combination.
- Start the update. You can close the dialog or browser and return later to review its progress.
Check progress and results
The dialog reports lots checked separately from confirmed marketplace deliveries. Changed app prices are recorded in Inventory Audit. Linked marketplace lots receive price updates when inventory sync is enabled; repricing does not create missing marketplace listings.
Locked lots and lots edited after the update was queued are skipped. Formulas and selections are captured when the job starts; later formula changes apply to future jobs.
Schedule weekly updates
- In the same dialog, open Weekly schedule and enable Repeat weekly.
- Choose the weekly item types and conditions, then save the schedule. These selections are separate from a manual run.
- Check the displayed next-run time. The first scheduled update is seven days after saving.
Stop or resume work
Stop update requests a stop at a batch boundary. Prices and marketplace changes already committed remain in place; stopping is not an undo.
BrickLink Direct Edit and loss of paid Premium access pause background work. Restore the required access or finish the Direct Edit import to allow it to resume. API limits can also cause a wait; check the displayed status before starting other work.
