Pricing

Protect prices with locks

Keep selected lot prices unchanged during edits, imports, and repricing.

A price lock protects a lot’s unit price, sale discount, quantity-price tiers and minimum bulk quantity. It does not prevent quantity or location changes, and it does not require Premium.

Lock a price

  1. Find the lot in Inventory and use the lock beside its price, or open its edit form and choose Lock price.
  2. Check the locked indicator. The lock saves immediately, independently of saving or cancelling the rest of the form.
  3. To protect several lots, select them and use the bulk lock action.

Edit a protected price

Unlock the lot first, then edit and save its pricing. You can lock it again afterward. Quantities, notes, condition and location can still change while pricing is locked.

What a lock protects

App edits, imports, lot merges and Update Prices preserve locked pricing. Automatic repricing skips locked lots.

Locks belong to Brick Order Picker. They cannot prevent someone changing a price directly on a marketplace, and cannot recall a marketplace request that was already sent.
