The Intakes page records stock coming in. Optionally link an expense, add one or more batches, then import lots into inventory (and BrickLink / BrickOwl). Add lines with the batch editor. Requires Standard or Premium access, or an active Standard trial.

Follow along as we create an intake, add parts to a batch, review prices and bins, and check import results. The example import is cancelled to keep live stock unchanged.
Watch on YouTube (3:38)- Create an intake — Name the purchase and optionally attach an expense. The expense card shows amount, category, date, vendor, notes, and receipt.
- Add batches — Quick-add lots. Price and location auto-fill from existing inventory when possible. Matching item, color, condition, and location merge into the existing lot; a different location creates a new lot.
- Price defaults — Settings → Inventory → Intakes controls whether matching lots get a new unit price on import. Automatic prices use your pricing formulas. The active defaults are shown on the intake and batch pages.
- Import — Requires inventory sync on and BrickLink Direct Edit off. Writes app inventory first. Lines that land in the app stay locked even if a marketplace push fails; retry those without adding quantity again. If a browser tab closes mid-import, reopen the batch to resume.
