When inventory sync is enabled in Settings, you can edit quantity, price, notes, and other fields in the app. Saving sends changes to connected marketplaces automatically. Check the save result for any warnings or failed deliveries.

Use Intakes for incoming stock and assign storage locations so you can find parts when picking.

Inventory Audit
Every inventory change—including quantities reduced when orders sync—is logged on Inventory Audit. Filter by reason (for example order fulfilled) to see what changed and when.
