Do I need both BrickLink and BrickOwl?
A BrickLink connection is required. BrickOwl is optional—connect it when you sell there too, and inventory stays in sync across both stores.
What about BrickLink API keys and the IP allowlist?
BrickLink requires API keys with IP 0.0.0.0 / mask 0.0.0.0 so serverless hosts can connect. Our setup walkthrough and BrickLink API guide cover every step.
Are my store credentials safe?
Yes. API keys are encrypted at rest. We only use them to sync your inventory and orders.
What happens after the 5-day trial?
You keep a free tier with your last 14 days of orders, unified inbox, and picking — no card required. Subscribe anytime for last 2 years of orders, inventory sync, analytics, and seller tools.
Do pricing formulas require Premium?
No. Setting and editing prices with formulas is included with Standard and the Standard trial. A paid Premium subscription is required for the background Update Prices tool and its weekly schedule. Premium features are not included in the trial.
How do weekly price updates work?
Choose new, used, or both and the item types to include, then save your weekly schedule. A newly enabled schedule first runs seven days after saving. Start a one-time update if you want to reprice today. You can configure the schedule while another update runs; scheduled runs wait for an active update to finish. Locked prices are skipped.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel Standard or Premium from your subscription settings. You keep free-tier picking after your paid plan ends.
I only sell on BrickOwl — does this still help?
You still need a BrickLink connection to use Brick Order Picker. If you also list on BrickOwl, connect both so inventory and orders stay in sync across stores.
Can I import received BrickOwl feedback?
You can leave BrickOwl feedback from the app. Importing feedback buyers left on BrickOwl is not available yet; BrickLink given and received feedback syncs today.
